Hempstead High School Picture Day

This year we are working with Hempstead High School offering Picture Day to all grades from 9th to 12th Grade. Senior Portraits will be scheduled between November 12 – 15th, 2013.  If you are a senior you will be receiving your appointment by mail.  Please be prompt for your schedule to take pictures.  Each senior has a 10 min portrait session with our photographers. We are offering two poses with Cap & Gown, one for Tux or Drapes and 1 Full Body Casual.  Seniors bring their $65 dues, which includes their $35 Senior Portraits Package(See Flyer for More Details), $20 for their Graduation Cap & Gown and $10 Deposit towards the 2013-14 Hempstead High School Yearbook. Senior Group Pic will be on November 6, 2013 at 10:30am.

Senior Portrait Package is only $35 because we believe that we can serve your community by helping you and your parents enjoy the savings and memories that you can have when you purchase your package through Integrity School Portraits.  We are not like most companies, we are totally different, standing out of the crowd and making a positive change for your school. We offer a lot for good prices.

If you are in the 9th through 11th grade your picture day is arranged by grade.  The 9th grade will take their pictures on November 18, 10th Grade will take November 19, and 11th Grade will take their pictures on November 20.  We are currently in the process of scheduling your class pictures using your Grade level English class.  We will go into your English Class and all students will be taken freestyle together in a group.  Please try not to be absent because all class pictures will be submitted and included in the yearbook.

That’s right, We are also providing the yearbook publishing for Hempstead High School and as well passing the savings in the price of the yearbook.  Yearbook will be available not only to the Seniors which will be predominantly the majority of the yearbook.  But it will also include pictures of all activities from Hempstead High School 9th through 12th grade, Activities, Sports, Teams, Clubs and etc.  We will also provide a link so that you will be able to upload and share your most memorable pictures in the yearbook. So please take nice pictures of every event and include a text file with image name so it can be added.  The price for the yearbook will be $50, reserve your copy and leave a deposit or pay in full by your picture day before all copies run out.  All yearbooks will be given to school 6-8 Weeks after final draft of yearbook is submitted. We will also have an option for you to pay online for your yearbook and have a choice to personalize with your name for an optional fee.

Please remember Picture Days are very important to your parents and grandparents and especially at this time of year.  Please note that Senior Portraits will not receive an order form until after your picture is taken and 2 weeks later you will receive a proof order form with 4 poses to choose from.  The first package is only $35 in which is already pre paid on your portrait day but additional add-ons or Package Order has to be paid at due date. The image of Tux or Drape will be automatically assigned for Yearbook pose. We are only accepting Cash or Money orders payable to Integrity School Portraits.  If you would like to prepay online with credit card go to Online Payments, please include in comments Full name, Student ID and grade.

The 9th through 11th grade will receive prepay order forms which will be given about 2 weeks before picture days.  They will have a wider selection of Packages to choose from.  Please look at the backgrounds that the school has chosen but if you like another background choice online please write the background choice on the prepay order form.  All pictures and items ordered will be given to school before Christmas vacation.
