Sheridan Academy Picture Day is almost here! On Wednesday, October 19, 2022.
Are you ready for exciting picture day? Do you know what you need to bring for your child to take pictures on Picture day? What are the cost involved on picture day?
Everyone should be ready for picture day. All classes will be taken on October 19, 2022. The school will determine the schedule for your class to come down. So if you are late check with your teacher or school to see if your class has already taken group and individual pictures. Contact the person in charge of Picture day, just call the office and they will be more likely to assist you.
We at Integrity School Portraits recommend that you dress your best on picture day, since it will be a memory that will last forever. We usually recommend not to dress up in a light green clothing because we use green screen technology to take all our elementary student pictures, including staff and custodians if school permits. That is to say, that you can still wear green clothing, we have the technology for taking school pictures and will be able to bypass the green clothing if needed so that your Childs clothing is not transparent and looks very professional. Especially in the the holiday season where students like to wear green for Christmas, Hannukah, or any other special holiday they celebrate.
On Picture day we don’t recommend to bring anything other than your child. Usually any and all payments are required before picture day so that we give school time to collect monies and all payments. Order forms should be given to school prior to picture day to school or teacher. You can still bring order form and payment on picture day but is recommended before so that it is not lost or misplaced. We will provide QR codes with your childs name and teacher that will have a personal URL link to a private gallery that may be accessible before and after picture day to view prices and optional backgrounds not listed on Order form. We do this extra step so that you can provide your email and cell number, upon completion of picture editing, parents will be notified automatically and eliminates sending out notices to parents that pictures are ready for viewing.
We at Integrity School Portraits love to see all chilidren photographed and that means alot to all children and parents. We don’t like to exclude any child because they did not pay or have the necessary funds to take their childs picture on picture day. Please inquire with school and let them know that you’re having issues with payment and we will make sure you have necessary arrangements for your child to be included in both individual and class group pictures. Again, all students will be photographed and optional proofing can be made online before commiting to pre-pay and buy your photos online.
Proof Online galleries allow parents to send their children to school on picture day and having no commitment to purchase any pictures or packages. This will increase the confidence of both parents and students before purchasing their photos. With this new digital age, parents can take full control over which picture to order and what background best fits that pose. This Proof Program is available as an option and your school may not have selected this option. If not, please inquire with school to see if option is available for you and your family.
